A US Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crashed during a training flight at Sitka Coast Guard Air Station on Tuesday, according to the US Naval Institute. The aircraft went down, but all four crew members were rescued and taken to a nearby hospital.
Four crew members survive
Coast Guard officials confirmed that the entire crew was accounted for and transported for medical evaluation. No injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident.
Investigation launched
An official inquiry has been initiated to determine the cause of the crash. The aircraft was on a routine training mission at the time of the accident.
